Valerie Jarrett
Valerie Jarrett works for President Obama as his Senior Advisor and Assistant for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public
Engagement. As pointed out on her bio page on whitehouse.gov, she was a key advisor to the Obama-Biden campaign, and prior to this
she was a lawyer, an eight-year-long deputy under Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, and a 12-year veteran of Habitat, a residential real
estate company where she served as CEO starting in 2007. Per the whitehouse.gov Web site, Valerie Jarrett was also Vice Chair of the Chicago
2016 Olympics Committee (the very same Olympic Games President Obama personally pursued several weeks ago).
A well-sourced write-up of Valerie Jarrett was published by FrontPage Magazine on September 14, 2009
(read the article on Valerie Jarrett).
